AAA the way it is supposed to be! A program designed to develop you as a player during the offseason. This includes:
- Team Play, Team Development, Systems Understanding
- On ice camps and clinics to improve key skills such as skating, puck handling, shooting
- Off ice physical development that includes hockey specific workouts, strength training, and flexibility
- Don't worry goalies -- we got you covered as well with an in-house goalie development program for both on and off the ice

About Us
Team Westwood Hockey Club is located in the South Metro Area of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. One of only a small group of programs in Minnesota with an affiliate agreement with Minnesota Hockey that allows our High School aged players to participate in USA Hockey/Tier 1 events leading into their winter hockey season.
The purpose of Team Westwood is to teach each player game play foundations and to teach them the why behind the systems they have been taught and how to expand upon them, so as they grow, they bring a well rounded game to their teams and in a very important way, start setting themselves apart from those they will be competing against in games and for spots on future teams.
